室内设计师Interior Designer/ Shanghai 岗位职责： 1、室内设计，环艺设计，建筑设计，等相关设计类专业本科学历； 2、3年以上室内设计工作经验。从事过高端商业项目，有过售楼处，样板房，酒店，等空间设计工作经验者优先考虑； 3、具有良好的方案设计，图面表达以及研究能力； 4、熟悉项目各个阶段的工作流程，有出色的团队领导力和各专业沟通协调能力； 5、熟练掌握各类设计常用软件以及熟练运用渲染软件等； 6、现场经验和施工图经验是申请加分项； 7、良好的中英文沟通能力者优先。 Qualifications i.Bachelor's degree in interior design, environmental design, architectural design, and other related design disciplines. ii.More than 3 years working experience in interior design. Experience in high-end commercial projects, sales offices, showrooms, hotels, and other space design work is preferred. iii.Good schematic design, graphic presentation and research skills. iv.Familiar with the workflow of all phases of the project, with excellent team leadership and communication and coordination skills across disciplines. v.Proficiency in various common software for design and rendering software, etc. vi.Field experience and construction drawing experience are a plus for applications. vii.Good communication skills in English and Chinese are preferred.
