1、对设计充满热情，有创造性思维，善于解决问题，学习能力强；
2、建筑学等相关专业，本科及以上学历；拥有2年以上相关工作经验；
3、理解项目在各个阶段的设计要求和相关建筑规范，辅助创始人及设计师参与建筑设计；
4、在上级建筑师指导下能配合完成小型项目的方案设计工作；
5、具备良好的审美意识，工作主动，有责任心；
6、熟悉掌握相关专业常用软件；
7、有良好的设计表达能力和沟通协作能力；
8、良好的英语和普通话听说读写能力。

Qualifications
i.Passionate about design, creative thinking, good at solving problems, and strong learning ability;
ii.Architecture and other related majors, bachelor degree or above; have more than 2 years of relevant work experience;
iii.Understand the design requirements and related building codes of the project at each stage, and assist founders and designers to participate in architectural design;
iv.Under the guidance of the superior architect, can cooperate to complete the design work of small projects;
v.Possess good aesthetic awareness, work initiative, and have a sense of responsibility;
vi.Familiar with relevant professional commonly used software;
vii.Have good design expression ability and communication and cooperation ability;
viii.Good English and Mandarin listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
