合同签订后,审查合同,准备项目进度计划,启动会议和项目计划
-通过会议、评审和提交文件等方式与工程服务部门进行沟通和管理,以实现设计要求
-通过提交 PR 和双向更新与采购部门沟通和管理
-通过会议、 FAT 、 SAT 等方式与 QC 部门进行沟通和管理。
-通过会议、更新和提交来处理和管理商业问题和支付
-通过系统工程部对系统进行接口和验收管理
通过与所有利益相关者的沟通,沟通并管理项目的结束
-Review technical solutions, contract drafts and costings at sales stage and prepare Sales Time Schedule
-Review Contract, prepare Project Schedule, Kick-off Meeting and Project Plan after Contract award
-Interface and manage the engineering services through meetings, reviews and submittals to achieve design as required
-Interface and manage purchasing department through submission of PRs and bi-directional updates
-Interface and manage QC department through meetings, FATs, SATs, etc.
-Interface and manage commercial issues and payments through meetings, updates and submittals
-Interface and manage acceptance of system via System Engineering department
-Interface and manage closure of project through communication with all stakeholders
任职要求
- 5 年相关工作经验,有物料搬运系统经验者优先;
-良好的规划技能
-工作积极主动,有责任心,良好的学习和沟通能力,中英文书面和口语流利
-推荐人将与控制背景的人,虽然这不是强制性的
-Bachelor's Degree
-5 years relevant working experience, preferably in material handling systems,
-Good planning skills
-Self-motivated working, taking responsibility, good learning and communication skills in both Chinese and English lan**ge in both written and spoken form
-Preferred will be a person with controls background, though that is not mandatory
