而和一般的求职简历一样，英文简历最重要的就是如何用前三行Summary抓住人心。这三行Summary，必须快狠准的说明两点：「你是谁」以及「你有什么能耐」。

透过以下五个简单步骤，你也能写出掳获人心的三行自介！
 

知己知彼，百战百胜

【Step 1】知己——Your Best Accomplishments

第一步要做的就是了解自己的优势，可以问自己以下几个问题，把自己的光荣战绩及长处列出来：

What are my brightest moments?
What am I proud of achieving?
What do I love most about what I do?
What do I do best??
以我自己为例，光荣事迹就可以写：

YouTuber with ten million+ views
YouTuber with 200k subscribers
Cram school teacher teaching 1000+ students
除了战绩外，也列出不管哪个工作，都可以用到的专长

Fluent English
Great communication skills
Team player
 


【Step 2】知彼——Scan the Job Post & Find out What the Employer Wants

在了解自己优势后，第二步就是仔细看雇主想要的条件，一可以从问这几个问题着手：

Who are they looking for?
What value do they want an employee to provide?

What extra skills or qualities not listed would add unexpected value?
举例来说，以下是W Hotel 招募 Marketing & Social Media Manager 的需求：

Marketing experience (1-3 years preferable)
Strong understanding of the online medium as a distribution and marketing channel

Extreme familiarity with online social networking tools (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube)
Possess outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written

在做完前两步后，就可以开始正式撰写Summary 了！

【Step 3】找交集——美化你的简历& 找出与雇主期望的共通点

结合前面整理出来的「自我专长（Step 1）」及「雇主的要求（Step 2）」，找出交集并开始构思有哪些是值得进行英文撰写的？

【Step 4】撰写顺序——Start With Title

先从想要的职位Title（或相关职位）开始撰写，让人一目了然知道你要哪个职位。

【Step 5】结果及数字作证——Focus on Specific Results to Prove and Demonstrate Value

最后呢，千万不要忘记加数字及佐证，会更有说服力
