为什么我们应该雇用你呢？


这题和“What can you offer us？”（你认为自己对本公司会有什么贡献？）一样，都要具体回答自己能为公司带来的贡献，是一个好好推销自己的机会。


求职者可以根据招聘人才公司的目标，具体回答自己能有什么贡献，当然，最好能进一步针对公司现阶段的问题提出建议。
